Vegetarian burgers

The best recipe for vegetarian burgers not only for vegetarians but also for people who care for their well being and wish to stay in shape.

what we need (for 6 burgers)

200 gr potatoes
200 gr carrots
2 fresh onions
1 red pepper
1 leek (the white part)
100 gr corn boiled
100 gr peas boiled
1 tbsp vinegar
black pepper powder
red pepper powder
cumin powder
1 tbsp mustard
fresh chopped mint
1/3 cup virgin oil

how we do it
Put the peeled potatoes in a saucepan. Boil them with carrots, leek, the red pepper and the onions in salted water. Remove them with a perforated spoon and grind in the blender until they become paste. Empty the paste in a bowl and add the rest ingredients. Knead well while adding the breadcrumps until we succeed a workable dough.

Shape the burgers with oily hands and place them in  a tray covered with a baking paper. Apply a little oil on the burgers and grill on a preheated oven to 200 C for 30 minutes.
